Blue Halo is very fortunate to have had Eva Desiree Carden join us upon inception as the Director of Operations. Desiree received her Cosmetology Degree in 1988 and her Cosmetology Educators Degree in 1990. After receiving her education, Desiree taught Cosmetology until 2015. While acting as an educator she was instrumental in the development of creating separate licensure for the field of Esthetics in the state of Kentucky. She became one of the first board-licensed Esthetic Educators in her state in 2004.  Desiree is an award-winning Educator and an expert at developing and implementing an esthetic curriculum. With over 28 years of experience in the field of esthetics, Desiree is recognized nationally as an expert witness in litigation involving the field of esthetics.
